WondaWedge Inflatable Pillow in action plus a giveaway extension!

So, I promised to do a post of the fantabulous WondaWedge in action, and here I am posting it the day of the giveaway deadline. That's just silly! So I'm extending the giveaway through the long weekend, so you can see the WondaWedge inflatable pillow at work below and enter by September 7 to win your very own. Good? Good.

Outdoors:

Sam tests it out on the beach. The WondaWedge was easy and quick to inflate the old-fashioned way — with lungs, just by pinching the valve at the base — and it took up very little room, deflated, in our luggage and beach bag. I like that we can store it away easily but know that setting it up again will be a breeze. If you have access to a manual or electric pump, inflating would take no time at all.

Sam and I give it two thumbs up for comfortable back support. Besides relaxing by the shore, you could use the WondaWedge anywhere outdoors where you want to sit for a spell but there's no back rest — such as at a picnic or campsite, or an outdoor concert or casual sporting event.

The flocked velvety surface ("sueded vinyl" PVC) of the WondaWedge was comfy even in a swimsuit, and it cleaned up really easily after our beach excursion with just some clear water and looks none the worse for wear. For heavier grime, you can use soap and a brush.

The WondaWedge can be positioned three different ways, depending on what kind of support you want: reclined for relaxing, more upright for reading or watching a show, or a comfortable neck and shoulder support for lying down. The attached mat lets your body weight hold the pillow in place, so it feels secure. You can inflate it to your own desired comfort level, depending on what position you want to use, since you can use the WondaWedge in a side-reclining or stomach position as well. You could even have someone else share the back with you!

Indoors:

If you look at the top beach picture, you can see the WondaWedge got plenty sandy and salt-watered — and yet the sand brushed right off with no problem, so I could quickly wash it off after our trip, let it drip dry, and try it out in bed without worrying about leaving a sand trail. The WondaWedge can be used inside just as easily as outside and is great back support for reading in bed or watching TV from the floor. It can elevate your shoulders and head in the reclining position to help you rest comfortably if you have a cold.

The WondaWedge would also be perfect during pregnancy for extra back support and a more upright sleeping position (remember, it does recline further if you flip it the other direction), or as a support under your knees or feet to elevate those swollen ankles. It also works great as a nursing support, keeping you comfortably upright as you breastfeed. If you need a specific nursing pillow, you could use it in conjunction with the WondaWedge to keep your back in a happy position and assist you in taking it easy as you recover from childbirth.

I'm so glad our WondaWedge came in time for our vacation, and that I have it to use at home now that I'm back. The pillow seems high quality and well made, and I anticipate using it for a long time. Working with the company was pleasurable, with speedy communication and shipping.

I would use the Wonda Wedge to read while I am laying in the bed. It would surely help my back and neck!
